The mission of PGPC's Youth Department, ages 12-19, is to instill a hunger and desire to be on fire for God at a young age. Our motto is to promote "Pure Pressure" not "Peer Pressure," helping our youth to maintain a purity of mind, body and spirit.
It is during these teen years that we want to motivate our youth to grow and challenge their faith to become soul winners for Christ.
Providing fun, yet thought provoking ideas through activities, games, youth trips, revival services and Christian fellowship, and helping to establish direction and a lifetime foundation in Jesus Christ is our ultimate goal.

P.G.C.A. is an Apostolic School that was established in 2004 as a ministry of Pine Grove Pentecostal Church. The school is a vision of Pastor Copeland to “Provide an Educational Facility to enhance Godly attributes of young Christians.” We feel that Christian Education is not an alternative, luxury, or even a good idea – but it is the Law of God.
PGCA, which houses Pre-K through 12th grades, is a Model Status Accelerated Christian Education School and uses the School of Tomorrow curriculum, which is accredited by the Southern Academy of Colleges and Schools.
PGCA is designed to work along-side the parents and the student’s local church to achieve academic and Godly training that will lift up and glorify the One, True God.

II Chronicles 5:13-14: "It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For He is good; for His mercy endureth forever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD; So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God."
The music department at Pine Grove Pentecostal Church strives for excellence in both Holy Ghost anointing and musicianship. Music is a foundation for our Praise & Worship to Almighty God. Therefore, we understand how vital our preparation is both spiritually and musically. Our goal is not to move the congregation with talent but with the anointing of the Holy Ghost.
The music department is under the direction of Aaron Hall who is on staff at the church full-time. He has the awesome privilege of working with some of the most anointed and talented musicians and singers.
PGPC Choir plays an integral part of the Sunday evening worship service. God has amazingly worked miracles and poured out His spirit in many of these worship services!

PGPC Jail Ministry focuses on the incarcerated as well as their family. Bro. Lavelle Hillman and Sis. Deanna Hillman visits the jails and prisons regularly to minister to those that are in bonds and to share freedom through the love and Word of Jesus Christ. PGPC’s Jail & Prison Ministry goal is to “set the captive free” in spirit, mind and body, and to help rebuild shaken and torn relationships with families and marriages.
Bro. & Sis. Hillman along with Bro. Jeremy Belk also teaches aftercare programs here at PGPC. Available are A.C.T.S. (Alcohol & Chemical Treatment Series) in three levels. These range from simple A&D classes similar to AA and NA as well as more intensely supervised programs for those seeking a change in their lives. All three levels include Anger Management, Life Focus, Release and Refocus, Personal Hygiene and AIDS awareness, as well as Bible studies, if desired, and a great church family for support and mentors.

Bro. Jeremy Belk and Bro. & Sis. Hillman have a food pantry available for Leake County and seek to rid our area of hunger. So many times the children, the elderly & disabled and the homeless are overlooked in our society. We believe that everyone who lives in the United States should be fed physically and spiritually.
