A private Branson retreat for family gatherings, ministry groups, fishing trips, and restful stays. Enjoy four bedrooms, four full baths, lake access, a screened porch, and an optional pontoon boat—available by request and approval.
Before your stay
Four bedrooms—one king and three queens—plus four full bathrooms, linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, fast Wi-Fi, gas-log fireplace, pool-table game room, washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, Keurig, Nespresso, screened porch, wood fire pit, dock, boat slip, and lake access.
Please bring your own firewood.The booking guest must be 21 or older and is responsible for all guests. Maximum eight overnight guests. No pets, alcohol, smoking, vaping, parties, events, outside visitors, or fireworks. Parking is limited to three vehicles.
The steep concrete driveway is not suitable for trailers.The steep yard, stairs, dock, lake, fire pit, and pontoon are used at your own risk. Lake and dam conditions can change. Exterior Ring cameras cover the front porch, backyard/access area, and parking and may record video and audio.
There are no cameras indoors or aimed at private areas.Checkout is 11:00 AM. Run the dishwasher, place used towels in the bathrooms, leave used beds unmade, take out trash, turn off lights, set the thermostat to 72°F, lock all doors, and return the keys.
