A private Branson retreat for family gatherings, ministry groups, fishing trips, and restful stays. Enjoy four bedrooms, four full baths, lake access, a screened porch, and an optional pontoon boat—available by request and approval.

CHECKOUT
Run the dishwasher; place used towels in bathrooms; leave used beds unmade; take out trash; lock all doors; turn off lights; set the thermostat to 72°F; and return keys to their original place.
SAFETY & CAMERAS
Use of the steep yard, stairs, dock, lake, fire pit, and pontoon boat is at each guest’s own risk. Dam-generation conditions can change quickly. Exterior Ring cameras at the front porch, backyard entry/access area, and parking area may use live view and motion/continuous recording with audio; they do not view indoor or private guest areas.
HOUSE RULES
The booking guest must be 21+ and is responsible for every guest. Maximum 8 overnight guests. Check-in is 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. No pets. No alcohol. No smoking or vaping. No parties, events, outside visitors, or fireworks. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles; the steep concrete driveway is not suitable for trailers.

Four bedrooms (one king, three queens), four full baths, linens and towels, shampoo/body wash, fast Wi-Fi, gas-log fireplace, game room with pool table, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and Nespresso coffee, screened porch, wood-burning fire pit (bring firewood), dock/boat slip, and lake access.
